Great news for Global Entry applicants in the Southeast! U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced expanded office hours at six Global Entry enrollment centers to accommodate the increased summer travel demand. This expansion provides more flexibility for applicants to complete their required interviews and get their Global Entry membership activated.
Expanded Hours at Six Locations
The following enrollment centers will offer additional hours through July:
New Orleans International Airport
- New Hours:
- Sundays: 9 AM - 1 PM
- Tuesdays: 4 PM - 7 PM
- Thursdays: 4 PM - 7 PM
- Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM
- Regular Hours: 8:30 AM - 4 PM (Monday through Friday)
Memphis International Airport
- New Hours (Starting May 23):
- Mondays through Fridays: 4 PM - 5 PM
- Saturdays: 8 AM - 6 PM
- Regular Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM (Monday through Friday)
Nashville International Airport (Terminal 1)
- New Hours (Starting May 23):
- Sundays: 10 AM - 2 PM
- Mondays through Fridays: 4 PM - 6 PM
- Saturdays: 10 AM - 2 PM
- Regular Hours: 12 PM - 4 PM (Monday through Friday)
Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport (Room 216)
- New Hours:
- Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM
- Regular Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Huntsville International Airport
- New Hours:
- Tuesdays through Thursdays: 4 PM - 8 PM
- Saturdays: 10 AM - 4 PM
- Regular Hours: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Mobile Regional Airport
- New Hours:
- Tuesdays: 3 PM - 7 PM
- Thursdays: 3 PM - 7 PM
- Fridays: 3 PM - 7 PM
- Saturdays: 10 AM - 2 PM
- Regular Hours: 8 AM - 3 PM (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Alternative: Enrollment on Arrival
CBP strongly encourages conditionally approved applicants to take advantage of the Enrollment on Arrival (EoA) process. This allows you to complete your interview upon returning from international travel at participating airports without a scheduled appointment.
